Google Play Developer Term Violation - Was tun?

Abend,

ich habe vor einer Stunde folgende Nachricht vom Google-Play-Developer Support erhalten:

This is a notification that your application, WhatsUp - Whatsapp Backup, with package ID com.sim.whatsup, is currently in violation of our developer terms.
REASON FOR WARNING: Violation of the spam provisions of the Content Policy. Please refer to the spam policy help article for more information.
- Do not engage in "keyword stuffing" by loading app descriptions with keywords out of context.
- Your title and/or description must not attempt to impersonate or leverage another popular product without permission.
- Do not use irrelevant, misleading, or excessive keywords in apps descriptions, titles, or metadata.
Your application will be removed if you do not make modifications to your application’s description to bring it into compliance within 7 days of the issuance of this notification. If you have additional applications in your catalog, please also review them for compliance. Note that any remaining applications found to be in violation will be removed from the Google Play Store.
Please also consult the Policy and Best Practices and the Developer Distribution Agreement as you bring your applications into compliance. You can also review this Google Play Help Center article for more information on this warning.
All violations are tracked. Serious or repeated violations of any nature will result in the termination of your developer account, and investigation and possible termination of related Google accounts.

Ich habe natürlich sofort die Liste mit Keywords aus der Beschreibung genommen, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher ob ich auch jedes "Whatsapp" und "Dropbox" bzw. sogar das Wort "Twitter" entfernen muss.

Wenn mir jemand innerhalb der 7 Tage helfen kann die meiner App noch bleiben wäre das echt klasse...

(Veröffentlicht habe ich die App zum ersten mal am 16.09.14)

Achja, im Store von Amazon ist meine App einfach so durchgelassen worden, obwohl ich eigentlich nahezu die gleichen Texte verwendet habe und dort wird doch jede App vor dem einstellen geprüft...

Okay, das wäre dann mein Notfall Plan...

aber warum existieren im play store so viele Apps die ganz offensichtlich Marken wie WhatsApp benutzen um Werbung für sich zu machen oder ihre Funktion zu beschreiben, ohne dass sie entfernt werden...
Und sollte ich am Ende wirklich alle Markennamen entfernen, wie beschreibe ich dann was die App macht?
Naja, auf jeden Fall habe ich nochmal die Beschreibung meiner App bearbeitet und darin (hoffentlich) klar gemacht, dass es sich dabei nicht um eine offizielle Applikation von facebook, WhatsApp und/oder Dropbox handelt, ähnlich wie es schon andere Entwickler bei ihren Apps gemacht haben.
Außerdem habe ich auf die E-Mail von Google geantwortet, mal sehen ob die sich zurück melden.
