htc sync synchronisationsfehler

Hallo.

Habe das htc wildfire neu bekommen und kenne mich mit android nicht besonders aus. Ich habe die HTCsync software installiert, allerdings erkennt mein handy das programm nicht, wenn ich es am computer anschliesse und auf htc sync klicke, teilt es mir immer mit dass das programm nicht installiert ist..

wäre nett wenn mir jemand helfen könnte.
