INSTALLATION:
After installation, choose "TouchPal Keyboard" in the "Setting" => "Language & input"; then long press in any input field or pull down the notification bar to enable “Choose input method” and select "TouchPal Keyboard".

FAQ:
Q: When I upgrade to newer version, how come my language packs are not working?
A: Once the languages model optimized, you will receive an update notice when keyboard is enabled at first time. Or you can manually update the new language packs from TouchPal Settings-> Languages.
Q: Why does it need Internet/voice/contact access?
A: It will check updates and download language packs. It does have speech recognition (for some models). And it will import contact names into the dictionary (in some languages).

Das Auto-complete ist ziemlich gut und erleichtert erheblich.
Allerdings fände ich es eine gute Idee, wenn man - wie bei der (kostenpflichtigen) Tastatur A.I.type Keyboard - über der obersten Tastenreihe noch eine schmale Tastenreihe mit wählbaren, häufigen Sondertasten (inkl. Umlaute) einblenden könnte!! Das ist SEHR praktisch!!
Es gibt leider auch noch 3 größere Nachteile:
1.) Es gibt einen Bug: bei mehrdeutigen Tasten (insbes. a, o, u) liegt der Hotspot nicht unter dem Touch. Bei 'ü' z.B. muß man das benachbarte 'ù' drücken, damit 'ü' kommt. Sehr störend für Deutsche, zumal Umlaute oft nicht die 1. Auswahl sind! Hat das der Entwickler noch nicht bemerkt?... (habe ein HTC, Wildfire S)
2.) Die Einstellung der 'Tastaturgröße' ist selbst bei 'Am kleinsten' immer noch viel zu groß/hoch. Es sollte hier bei Hochformat-Bedienung eine Taste doch wenigstens quadratisch eingestellt werden können, ist aber immer noch viel höher als breit! Unverständlich, daß die Tastatur mir oft so viel zu wenig Platz oben auf dem Display läßt!
3.) Feste Großschreibung fehlt!
Ich hoffe, dies liest der Entwickler auch!...
