HTC Desire 500 - HTC Desire 500 boot loop

Hallo,

Habe ein Desire 500 mit Simlock auf A1 (Österreich) ohne Branding.
Das Gerät wurde noch nie angegriffen / gerootet etc.

Ins Boote Menü komme ich, dort ist folgendes zu finden:

Ich habe bereits einen Factory Reset probiert, leider auch ohne erfolg.
mmc card ist keine drinnen, sim card mittlerweile auch nicht.

Erkenntnisse bisher:
Fastboot komm ich. htcdev unlock hat alles geklappt, bis zum Bildschirm wo ich am gerät auswählen kann ob unlock oder reboot ohne unlock.
klick ich unlock, so vibriert das gerät 7 mal und macht nichts mehr, die Auswahl mit volume +- kann noch getätigt werden....

erneut im fastboot hab ich das hier mal gecheckt:

Leider kann ich nicht mehr ins recovery. (Bleibt bei HTC Logo nach reboot hängen) deshalb wollte ich ein neues recovery flashen, da bekomm ich allerdings die info dass signature not valid ist und er bricht ab.

Welche Möglichkeiten habe ich ? Direkt ein ROM aufspielen?
