Installing app over USB so it still can be updated through the playstore

Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to install an App which I developed on an clients phone via usb (or some other way so I don't need to create a playstore account for every device). The App should still get updates through the playstore update function.

If it is not possible, can I use one playstore account to install the app, remove the account from the device and let the app "updatable" on the device?
