Samsung Galaxy S9+ — Startbildschirm dreht quer trotz Sperre

Hallo erstmal
Plötzlich dreht der Startbildschirm des SGS 9+ auf quer obwohl ich das in den Einstellungen gesperrt habe. Kann es sein, dass das kürzliche Firmwareupdate den Bug mitgebracht hat? Das Querbild wird dann auch nicht richtig dargestellt, soll heissen, nicht alle Apps werden auf einer Seite angezeigt. Wenn ich die Sperre rausnehme, werden die Apps vollständig angezeigt. Anyway, ich will, dass der Startbildschirm gar nicht dreht. Hat jemand Ideen? Vielen Dank

Ein FORCE RESTART hat Abhilfe geschaffen...

To force restart your S9:

Press and hold the volume down button and don’t release it.Then, press and hold the power key while holding down the volume button.Keep both keys held down for 10 seconds or more.

Doing the steps above is also known as soft reset. It has a similar effects to when you physically remove the battery so it should clear up the memory and the operating system.
