Ist mein Handy noch zu retten ? Root, error, bootloop

Servus Forum,

ich wende mich an euch da ich seit 2 Tagen bis spät in die Nacht nach einer Lösung für mein Problem verzweifelt suche
.
Kurz zur vorgeschichte:

Handy P8 GRA-L09 ascend wollte ich rooten mit dem SRK Tool. Habe davor Bootloader entsperrt.

Dann mit dem SRK Tool erstmal TWRP für Marshmallow installilert.

Dann mit dem SRK Tool gerootet, bei der installation keine Fehler. Zum Schluß der Hinweis das das Handy neugestartet wird.

..... Neustart und sofort die Fastbot&rescue Mode Fehlermeldung

Ich habe versucht, da mein Handy noch den Bootloader offen hat eine StockRom zu flash auf Basis von 6.0 Marshmellow! (B132 , GRA-L09C432B380)

Doch beim letzten Befehl fastboot flash system system.img erscheint nur:
C:\fastboot>fastboot flash system system.img
error: cannot load 'system.img'

Handy startet nur noch in den Fastboot & Resue Mode sowie in den TWRP.

Wäre für jede Hilfe im Vorraus sehr Dankbar
