you are able to boot into fastboot and recovery (actual cwm)?

- boot to recovery, choose "sideload"
- on the pc type adb sideload cm-zip-file
- in recovery choose "sideload" again
- then adb sideload gapps-zip-file
- reboot

if all else fails, read the instructions.

with sideload, you don't need to copy the zip-files to sd. it was load 'by side' from the pc.
works with actual adb and recovery.
