HTC One X - HTC One X startet Custom Rom nicht

Hallo ich bin Neu im Forum und habe auch gleich ein Problem . Ich wollte auf mein HTC ONE x eine Custom Rom machen unzwar Android Revolution HD so ich habe Recovery bootloader hboot fastboot und root .. der ganze Kram natürlich installiert .. so Aber wenn ich jetzt in mein HTC one X via fastboot boot.img boote und dann die zip file von Android HD revolution installieren was auch Problemlos klappt und dann Neu boote bleibt es einfach beim HTC one x Screen stecken ?!

Kann mir einer sagen woran das liegt ?
Hier genaue system spec :
HBoot : 0.95
Recovery Touch : 5.8.4.0
HTC One X Vodafone
