Für den "kleinen Spiele-Hunger" zwischendurch was Neues: Doodle Bowling

Wie's der Name schon sagt: ein Bowling Spiel. Lief auf meinem Desire flüssig und ohne Probleme. Ist nett gemacht, auch von der Grafik her. Man fängt mit dem Doodle Modus an. Ziel des Spieles ist, durch möglichst viele (gute) Spiele Punkte anzusammeln und ab einer gewissen Anzahl Punkte wiederum andere Bowling-Hintergründe freizuschalten, von denen etliche zur Auswahl stehen.



Leider kann es nicht auf Dauer auf meinem Desire bleiben, denn dieses Spiel hat - trotz über 15 MB Umfang - bislang keine Möglichkeit für App2SD an Bord.

Läuft gem. Beschreibung ab Vers. 2.0.1, jedoch nicht auf dem Galaxy S

Ich werde mal den Entwickler anschreiben, was er von App2SD hält. Wäre ja bei 15 MB empfehlenswert :)

Steht doch in der Beschreibung (und ich habs oben extra erwähnt): mit dem Galaxy S funktioniert das Spiel nicht.

Kleines Update:

Ich habe auf meine Frage bezüglich App2SD diese Antwort erhalten:

Hi Nima,
Thank you for forwarding your customer's concerns. The game already installs to SD, but Android always installs the 'compiled native code' part of an app on the internal storage. And since we are using a 3rd party game engine which takes about 9megs, that is the footprint we need on the device.

The total app size is 15.5MB and the difference is currently installed on the SD storage.

We understand that this technical explanation won't solve the issue, but hopefully it will help illustrate what is going on. We brought this up with our middleware provider and they will be investigating ways to reduce the footprint in future updates. We are new to Android and it is a big learning curve for all involved, we thank everybody for their patience :-)
