Download within Android mobiles is blocking - Google Market

Hello team of the Android market,
for some days we have a discussion in Germany. Google's android market is only working partly. You can open the market application on your phone and see the latest updates. You can open the tab "downloads". But when you want to start downloading an updated application, then the download progress bar runs endless. Here is a snapshot with German GUI, made from my HTC Hero with Android 2.1
