Mount your phone to your vehicle's screen or dashboard, and aLapRecorder will simultaneously record video footage, GPS position information, accelerometer data, vehicle speed, engine rpm*, throttle position* and more. You can then review your recordings with the GPS location, accelerometer G forces, speed, rpm, and Google Maps overlayed in graphical form, and synchronised with the video playback.You can export your recordings to a PC, and create blue screen video overlays. Combine these with the HD source, and you can create professional level video that you can share with friends, or upload to the world wide web.
aLapRecorder can also be used to calculate lap times and display lap comparisons in various exportable chart formats. Data can also be exported for use with GPX or CSV compliant applications. aLapRecorder will also calculate various 0-60 mph split times if the lap starts from a standstill.

Nach dem Firmware Update auf 2.3.3 zeichnet er keine Videos mehr auf die groesser als 320x240 sind. Sobald die Aufnahme startet friert die Kamera ein. Nach dem Beenden hat die mp4-Datei die Größe 0kb. Ein Bekannter mit Firmware 2.3.5 hat das gleiche Problem.
Bisher funktionierte es tadellos, aber ich denke das die Entwickler sich des Problems annehmen. Die Updaterate ist ja recht hoch, was für Fortschritt spricht.
