While Elder Sign: Omens brilliantly conveys the spirit of the Elder Sign dice game, a few noteworthy differences were adopted to optimize the mobile play experience:
-A limited number of available Ancient Ones streamlines the game play experience while offering adjustable levels of difficulty. Face Yig in normal mode, Azathoth or Tsathoggua in hard mode, or Cthulhu or Ithaqua in very hard mode (in-app purchases required to face Cthulhu and Ithaqua).
-A number of subtle changes increase the peril of defending humanity. For example, the random negative effects drawn every midnight are more challenging, and the frequency of “no effect” results has been decreased. Monsters have likewise been altered to make them more difficult.
-Finally, there are no Ally cards in Elder Sign: Omens, which further streamlines play while increasing the overall challenge.

Super gemacht Vom spielspass finde ich andere brettspiele besser, die umsetzung und präsentation ist aber hervorragend.

Gute Umsetzung Meiner Meinung nach eines der wenigen wirklich guten Spiele für Android. Wer Brettspiele von Fantasy Flight Games mag, kann das hier ohne Bedenken kaufen.

Verdammt schwer Bin Kenner und Besitzer des Originalbrettspiels und muss sagen, dass diese App höllenschwer ist. Im Vergleich dazu kann man sich beim Brettspiel vorher versuchen über kleinere Abenteuer, Geld- und Glyph-Sammeln auf die schwierigeren Tor-Abenteuer und Versiegelungen vorzubereiten. Das ist hier gar nicht möglich, zu oft sieht man sich mit unlösbaren Ereignissen konfrontiert und muss die Negativeffekte einstecken! Trotzdem versuch ich dran zu bleiben, denn ansonsten fängt das Game die Atmosphäre mit stimmungsvollen Grafiken und Sounds hervorragend ein!

Great Android conversion of the board game Thank you Fantasy Flight Games for also recognizing the Android Market! The Elder Sign shows that complex games are possible on mobile platforms and also shows FFG's incredible production values. Music, art direction, effects are simply beautiful (sort of, considering it's a cthulhu product :). A must buy for everyone seeking a deep, enganging gaming experience and a real looker on your tablet.
