Jot is a light weight notepad and list taker.This program uses the touch screen of your Android device to check, remove or rearrange items in your list.
Swipe an item to cross it off, swipe again to remove, tap to edit, touch the arrows and drag up or down to move it.

Very easy to use. I like it. The icon could be nicer ;). It would be great if one could link to individual lists or notes via desktop shortcuts.
